Meet Dr. Vivienne Allain

I grew up in Toronto and completed my Doctor of Dental Surgery D.D.S. degree from the University of Toronto. I did a one year general dental residency and a 3 year specialty in Periodontics and Implants at the University of Rochester from 1989 – 1993.

I have worked in private practices and Universities in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry in Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto, New York and Europe – Basel Switzerland and Vienna Austria.

The best part about practicing Periodontics is the patients.  My most important concern is to keep my patients as healthy as they can be with proper oral health and a healthy smile.  I would like every patient of mine to maintain their own healthy teeth for the long term and when we cant,  we hope to provide options so that you have a healthy comfortable, beautiful smile for the future.

My specific interests include advanced tissue grafting for periodontal health and esthetics for teeth and implants.  I enjoy keeping teeth for even the most advanced periodontal cases.

I still currently have dental and speciality licenses in Alberta, and New York.

When I am not working I love spending time with my husband of 25 years Alan and my twins who are now 21 years.  I enjoy walking, jogging, golfing, cooking, skiing and anything outdoors!
